Fax Machines:
Today's business can't afford to be without a fax machine. The Service Company will respond quickly to your service call to keep your fax downtime to a minimum. WE are an authorized Brother Elite service center, and will also service most other makes and models of thermal or plain-paper faxes.

Laser Printers:
Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Brother, Sharp, Okidata, and Panasonic are just a few of the laser printers we service. Keep your office up and running by calling us for regular maintenance check-ups. Fast emergency printer service is one of our many specialties.

Copiers:
We service most major brands of copiers. Whether you choose a service contract or call us on an as-needed basis, you can depend on The Service Company to keep the tools you need every day in working order.

Field Estimate Fee:		$45.00

Maintenance Agreements...

Annual maintenance agreements are available for most types of equipment. By simply paying an annual fee, we can help you reduce downtime and predict annual service problems. The Service Company will not charge you any labor for the durations of your contract. See the details below or call us today for more information.

Plain Paper Fax Machines:		$195.00 per year. Includes all parts and labor. Your only obligation is to buy your consumables from The Service Company.
Thermal Transfer Fax Machines:		$149.00 per year. Includes all parts and labor. Your only obligation is to buy your consumables from The Service Company.
Laser Printers:		$195.00 per year. Includes all parts and labor. Your only obligation is to buy your consumables from The Service Company.
Digital Copiers:		The price is based on how many copies your copier produces each year. The contracts range from $250.00 for 10,000 copies to $2500.00 for 250,000 copies. They include all parts, labor and supplies toner is also included with the exception of paper.
